Sidley Represents Hennessy Capital Investment in Its US$800 Million Business Combination With Namib Materials

Sidley is representing Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VI (NASDAQ: HCVI) in its US$500 million business combination with Namib Materials, a Zimbabwe-based gold mining company. The proposed transaction also includes an additional potential earnout of up to US$300 million tied to the completion of operational milestones. Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VI is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed by Daniel J. Hennessy.
