Sidley Advises Orion Resource Partners in SiTration US$11.8 Million Series Seed Financing

Sidley advised Orion Resource Partners, as part of a consortium, in the US$11.8 million Series Seed financing round of SiTration, Inc., a materials recovery company serving the mining and metals industries. The round was led by 2150, with participation from BHP Ventures and Extantia. Previous investors Azolla Ventures and MIT-affiliated E14 Fund also participated in the oversubscribed round.
The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital, Tax) and Noam M. Waltuch (Tax), also included Jake Funk (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
