Sidley advised Placer.ai, a geolocation and proximity data analytics technology company, in its additional US$75 million financing at a US$1.5 billion valuation.
The Sidley team was led by Alina Azizian, Graeme Waller, and Dr. Idan Netser, and included Jake Funk and Sara Zokaei (all Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
