Sidley is representing Twin-Star International, Inc., as the stalking horse bidder, in its purchase of substantially all the assets of Walker Edison Furniture Company LLC. Following the acquisition, Walker Edison will continue operating under Twin-Star. Twin-Star manufactures, sells, and designs a wide range of fireplaces, stoves, and indoor and outdoor home furnishings. Walker Edison is a manufacturer of ready-to-assemble furniture and home furnishings.
