Sidley advised Waltz Health, a digital health company developing technologies and services that support better-informed decisions on prescription care, in its merger with EVERSANA, a leading independent provider of global services to the life sciences industry. The transaction brings together EVERSANA’s pharmaceutical and biotech services with Waltz Health’s digital health platform, creating expanded opportunities to deliver lower-cost medications, including in widely used drug classes such as GLP-1s.
The Sidley team was led by Gary Gerstman and Jeff Wysong (M&A), and included Jessica Day, Suzanna Lewis, and Samantha Hughes (M&A); Suresh Advani and Alice Qin (Tax); Gregory Marrs, Christian Pilhofer, Alexandra Peterson, and Lindsay Fisher-McFarland (Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation); Donielle McCutcheon and Steve Komorek (Healthcare); Teresa Reuter (Labor and Employment); and Mary Marks and Alyssa Hartley (Antitrust and Competition).
