Sidley represented Garage Beer, the fastest growing, independent beer brand in the U.S., in its strategic growth investment from Durational Capital Management. The investment will provide additional resources to expand Garage Beer’s marketing, strengthen its sales and field teams, and support its continued nationwide growth while enhancing engagement with distributors, retailers, and consumers.
Through the investment, Durational will become a significant shareholder in the company, joining existing owners Travis and Jason Kelce and Andy Sauer. Garage Beer also welcomed industry veterans Bill Hackett, Rich Pascucci, and Rhodes McKee to its Board of Directors.
