Sidley Advises Bank RBK on Its Debut US$300 Million Eurobond Offering

Sidley has advised Bank RBK, one of Kazakhstan’s leading private financial institutions, on its successful debut US$300 million Eurobond offering.
This landmark transaction marks Bank RBK’s inaugural Eurobond issuance in the international debt capital markets and underscores strong confidence from international investors in the bank’s credit story.
The issuance was structured as a Regulation S/Rule 144A offering with a 5-year tenor. On 19 May 2026, the notes have been listed and admitted to trading on the Vienna MTF and the Astana International Exchange.
The Sidley team was led by partners Vladimir Mikhailovsky and David Stewart, with support from associate Jong-Ihn Chung, and trainee solicitor Sepanta Tabatabaei (Capital Markets).
