
Biography
JONG-IHN CHUNG advises on debt capital markets transactions including standalone bonds, Euro Medium-Term Note programs, liability management, commercial paper, and general finance advisory work.
Jong-Ihn acts for both issuers and underwriters across developed and emerging markets.
Prior to joining Sidley, Jong-Ihn trained and qualified at another leading international debt capital markets practice in London, with additional exposure to restructuring and aviation finance. Jong-Ihn was seconded to the capital markets legal team of a Japanese investment bank’s London office and the EMEA legal team of a financial market infrastructure company.

- Multiple Nordic financial institutions in relation to regulatory capital issuances.
- Underwriters in relation to numerous EMTN program establishments, updates, and drawdowns.
