
Biography
CHLOE KIM focuses her practice on debt finance matters. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with debt financing.
Chloe was a staff member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal, and served as external vice president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she managed sales teams for medical device and stainless steel manufacturers in Korea, Latin America, and European countries.
Chloe is a native Korean speaker and is fluent in Spanish.

- Tengram Capital Partners in its sale of HRB Brands to Sodalis Group, a European-based beauty and personal care platform.
- Totango, Inc., a portfolio company of Great Hill Partners, in its merger with Catalyst Software Corporation.
- Siris Capital Group in its acquisition of BearCom from middle-market private equity firm Bertram Capital.
