Sidley Represents Policygenius LLC in Its Sale of Its Property and Casualty Insurance Portfolio

Sidley represented Policygenius LLC in the sale of its property and casualty insurance portfolio to Matic Insurance Services, Inc. The portfolio includes nearly 30,000 home, auto, and other personal lines insurance policies, and supports Policygenius’ continued focus on its core life insurance business.

The Sidley team was led by Michael Devins (Insurance). Other team members included Sharon DiPrinzio (Insurance); Karim Pirani (Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation); and Peter Edgerton and Marisa Gonzalez-Mabbutt (Tax).
