SARAH BRAUN advises on all aspects of German business and corporate law, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters, ensuring seamless transactions that align with both local and international regulations.
Her clients include national and international private equity funds, asset managers, and strategic investors.
Sarah graduated from the University of Augsburg, where she earned her J.D. During her studies and legal clerkship, she received legal training in Germany and the U.S. Following her legal clerkship, she pursued a Ph.D. at Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena, completing a doctoral thesis that showcased her deep understanding of corporate law.
