Sidley Represents Noetive in US$41 Million Series Seed Financing

Sidley represented Noetive AI Inc. in its US$41 million Series Seed financing. The financing was led by Eclipse, with participation from Craft Ventures, The Westly Group, Swish Ventures, Factory, Incite Ventures, Gigascale Capital, Operator Partners, Liquid 2 Ventures, and a number of notable angel investors. The financing was announced in connection with Noetive’s emergence from stealth; the company is an AI NeoLab developing specialized AI systems designed to help companies operating across the physical economy better manage complex real-world operations.

The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser and Graeme Waller (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital), and included Jake Funk, David Chriki, and Alexandra Gonzalez (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
