RAPHAEL CHOW advises clients on a variety of cross-border debt finance transactions, including private equity sponsors, funds, corporations, and financial institutions.
Raphael was trained at a magic circle firm in Hong Kong and London, where he gained experience in investment-grade lending, structured and securitised finance, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets.
Raphael is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Recent examples of Raphael’s work include advising:
- The Lenders in the Refinancing of DigitalBridge and Brookfield’s Holdco Facility in GD Towers.
- Partners Group a leading global private markets firm, on the financing arrangements for its acquisition of premium pet food company MPM Products, a global pet food business focused on premium cat food.
- ADVANZ PHARMA, a Nordic Capital portfolio company, in connection with the issuance of €917 million (equivalent) in new euro- and pound sterling-denominated senior secured notes and the borrowing of a €165 million term loan B facility.
