Biography
LAUREN ELLEDGE advises on debt financing transactions in a variety of industries. Lauren has experience representing borrowers, lenders, and agents, including private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and commercial banks in finance transactions ranging across secured lending, acquisition financings, debtor-in-possession financings, exit financings, and asset securitizations. Her experience covers both direct lending and syndicated facilities.
Lauren holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. Prior to attending law school, Lauren graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in legal studies from the University of Central Florida, where she earned University Honors and Honors in the Major.

- Ares Management Corporation in the financing of its US$1.1 billion acquisition of Meade Pipeline Co LLC.
- Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. in the comprehensive amendment to its US$2 billion ABL revolving credit facility.
- U.S. Energy Development Corporation in connection with its reserve based lending facility in connection with USEDC’s acquisition of approximately 20,000 net acres in Reeves and Ward Counties, Texas, the largest acquisition in USEDC’s history.
