Biography

KRISTINA KANG is a counsel in the Sydney office and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets practice, focusing on corporate finance and U.S. capital markets transactions. Kristina has extensive experience in representing issuers and underwriters/managers in securities transactions, including SEC-registered offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings of secured and unsecured high yield and investment grade debt, primary and secondary equity offerings and liability management trades. Kristina’s clients include all major investment banks and public and private companies in various sectors including financial services, energy and resources, infrastructure, real estate, technology, life sciences and transportation.

Kristina has been recognized by Chambers Global and Chambers Asia-Pacific as a “Leading Individual” for multiple years for her capital markets work in Asia.

She is fluent in Korean and proficient in Japanese.
