Biography
KRISTINA KANG is a counsel in the Sydney office and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets practice, focusing on corporate finance and U.S. capital markets transactions.
Kristina has extensive experience in representing issuers and underwriters/managers in securities transactions, including Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings of secured and unsecured high yield and investment grade debt, equity and equity-linked securities, liability management trades as well as SEC registered offerings.
Kristina has been recognized by Chambers Global and Chambers Asia‐Pacific as a “Leading Individual” for seven consecutive years for her capital markets work in Asia.
She is fluent in Korean and proficient in Japanese.
