HANA LEE practices in the Corporate group in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Her areas of practice span general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance.
Hana received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served on the board of the Harvard Legal Entrepreneurship Program and as a member of the Community Enterprise Project legal team. While in law school, she was a teaching assistant for Innovation in Legal Education and Practice. In addition, she participated in LawWithoutWalls, an international legal innovation collaborative designed to address current issues facing the legal profession and the market, where her team won the category for Best Idea.
Hana completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles in the top percentile of her class with a B.A. in East Asian Studies.
Prior to joining Sidley, Hana was a Graduate Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Fellow at the Institute for Justice Clinic on Entrepreneurship.
