Spencer A. Lee

SPENCER LEE is a managing associate in Sidley's Chicago office and a member of the Corporate group. His practice focuses on complex business transactions, including M&A and private equity investments, as well as corporate governance and securities compliance matters.

Spencer received his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and served as an editor for the Wake Forest Law Review. Spencer received his B.S., cum laude, in Health Science Management and Business from Drake University.
