Biography
BEN MANN focuses his practice on representing direct lenders and private credit funds, commercial banks and arrangers, corporate borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a variety of corporate financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, asset-based facilities, syndicated transactions, and cross-border deals. Ben’s experience ranges from the lower-middle market to large cap deals and across industries. He also has experience with fund finance, receivables financing, and litigation finance.
While attending The University of Chicago Law School, Ben served as a member of the The University of Chicago Law Review.
