ALEXANDRA MUSHKA is an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Disputes group in the Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on advising companies in complex commercial litigation, appeals, and regulatory matters focusing on privacy and cybersecurity.
Alexandra earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School where she was an executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy and an articles editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. She was a member of the inaugural board of the Harvard Law School Blockchain and FinTech Initiative and participated in the Ames Moot Court Competition for appellate brief writing and oral advocacy.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra worked in public relations for technology companies. She wrote press releases featured across major media outlets and advised on strategic product launches. Alexandra earned her B.S. with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, where she was actively involved in undergraduate scientific research.

Prior to joining Sidley, Alexandra was a Sidley Pro Bono Fellow with the Harvard Center for Law, Brain & Behavior and Northwestern Pritzker School of Law Bluhm Legal Clinic where she assisted with state-level litigation efforts surrounding the constitutionality of juvenile life without parole.
