SCOTT POLLOCK is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office and practices in the Tax group. Scott’s practice includes representing domestic and foreign corporations and partnerships involved in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and spinoff transactions.
Scott also regularly advises clients in matters relating to the organization and operation of investment partnerships, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credit partnerships.
