Sidley Represents IMA Financial Group in Equity Recapitalization Transaction

Sidley represented insurance brokerage firm IMA Financial Group, Inc. in its equity recapitalization transaction, resulting in a company valuation of US$4 billion. The recapitalization allows IMA to preserve its majority ownership and will help to accelerate IMA’s growth trajectory by supporting investments in technology, talent, and strategic partnerships.
