Biography

HANNAH QIN’s practice focuses on energy and infrastructure matters.

Hannah earned her J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 2024, where she served as staff editor for the Texas International Law Journal and was a recipient of the “Best Negotiation” award in the Texas Transactional Skills Competition.

During this time, Hannah participated in various pro bono activities, such as the Texas Law Gender Affirmation Project, the Expunction Project, and served as a LiveChat volunteer for the TexasLawHelp.org. Hannah was also research assistant to Professor Angela K. Littwin.

Prior to law school, Hannah graduated from Xiamen University with a B.A. in English literature in 2017.

Hannah is a native Mandarin speaker.

  • JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent in a term loan facility for Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc.
  • JessCo Solutions, LLC, a Texas-based provider of vapor recovery units, compressors, and DK controls, in a senior secured revolving credit facility with Zions Bancorporation, N.A., dba Amegy Bank.
  • Archrock Partners in connection with an increase in commitments under its senior secured credit facility.
