DIVYA RAO focuses her practice on project finance, mergers and acquisitions, tax equity investments, joint ventures, and other related transactions pertaining to renewable energy and energy transition. She has experience representing sponsors, investors, and lenders in financings and equity transactions pertaining to solar, wind, battery, and storage projects.

Divya has assisted with the representation of:
- Ørsted in its divestment of a 50% equity stake in three U.S. onshore projects to Energy Capital Partners for US$572 million.
- Calibrant Energy, a Macquarie Asset Management portfolio company, in their acquisition of a 100% interest in Enel X Storage, LLC from Enel X North America, Inc.
