KARA RYCZEK focuses her practice on energy and commodities transactional matters, including structured commodities financings and prepayments, energy derivatives, and mergers and acquisitions in the commodities and energy industries.
She also has experience with securitization transactions, structured finance, and over-the-counter derivatives, in addition to energy transactions.
While attending the University at Buffalo School of Law, Kara served as managing editor of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal.
