Biography

CHARLES SANTORO focuses his practice on financial transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Charles earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. While in law school, he externed for The Honorable Terry J. Hatter Jr. in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, served as an associate editor on the Berkeley Business Law Journal, and worked as a research assistant for former California Supreme Court Justice Carlos Moreno.

Prior to attending law school, Charles earned his B.A. in legal studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
