ATMAN SHUKLA’s practice focuses on advising public and private entities, including private equity investors, in mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions for clients across a broad array of industries, including energy (upstream, midstream and downstream) and aviation.
Atman also has experience with capital markets transactions, having represented both issuers (including master limited partnerships) and underwriters with public offerings and private placements of equity and high-yield debt, including follow-on issuances, and has assisted with securities and corporate governance matters.
While at The University of Texas School of Law, Atman was an editor for the Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law and a board member and editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas & Energy Law. He also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Jeff Bohm of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas (July 2008–August 2008).
