Jaime has experience litigating product liability actions, telecommunications patent matters, insurance class actions, ﬁnancial services disputes, False Claims Act/qui tam matters, and criminal cases. She has also conducted multiple internal and regulatory investigations across a variety of industries.
In 2018, Jaime completed a secondment with the Oﬃce of the Cook County State’s Attorney. In this role, she conducted bench and jury trials, argued evidentiary motions, and litigated summary suspension hearings.
Jaime previously interned with the United States Attorney’s Oﬃce for the Southern District of Iowa. She has also served as a student advocate with Harvard Defenders and the Harvard Criminal Justice Institute, where she represented indigent clients in criminal matters. Following law school, Jaime participated in the Public Interest Law Initiative Fellowship program, where she served as a law clerk in the Oﬃce of the Cook County Public Defender.
