Biography
OWEN SKELDING focuses his practice on complex business transactions, including M&A, finance and capital markets activity.
Owen graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was as an admissions editor for the University of Illinois Law Review. While in law school, Owen also served as an extern for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s enforcement division and worked for the University of Illinois College of Law Veterans Legal Clinic.
He received his B.A. from the University of Illinois, where he studied history.
