MAXWELL TERRY focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office proceedings.
Maxwell received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School with a concentration in intellectual property and technology law, where he graduated summa cum laude and with concentration honors. While in law school, he served as a managing editor for the Minnesota Law Review and received that journal’s “Excellence in Writing Award.”
Prior to law school, Maxwell graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oregon’s Robert D. Clark Honors College with a B.S. in computer science. During his studies, he received the “Geoffrey Eric Wright Most Outstanding Junior in Computer Science Award.”
