Biography

ALEX THEODOSAKIS is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office where she is a member of the Corporate group.

Alex earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2022. While in law school, she served as managing notes editor of the Michigan Technology Law Review, a student lawyer for the Michigan Law Entrepreneurship Clinic, and a research assistant to Professor Albert H. Choi (Corporate Law; Law & Economics). Prior to attending law school, Alex received a B.A. in Law, Letters and Society (with special honors) from the University of Chicago, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Representative Matters

Alex’s representative matters include:

  • Stryker in Its Approximately US$4.9 Billion Acquisition of Inari Medical.
  • GT Independence in Its Investment From H.I.G. Capital.
  • Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (NYSE: TDS) in the US$4.4 billion sale of United States Cellular Corporation’s (NYSE: USM) wireless operations and select spectrum assets to T-Mobile US, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS), including a combination of cash and up to approximately US$2 billion of assumed debt.
