TU TU focuses his practice on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and financing matters in connection with the insurance and financial services industry.

Tu received his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Cornell University. While in law school, he served as the executive editor and the research editor of the University of Pennsylvania Asian Law Review. Prior to joining Sidley, Tu interned at the in-house legal department of a major holding corporation.

Tu is fluent in Mandarin.
