Biography

CHRIS VON DRIEBERG primarily represents commercial banks in syndicated financings for upstream and midstream oil and gas companies. Chris advises clients on complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, direct lending facilities, and asset-based lending. His work focuses on representing lenders in domestic deals.

Chris received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center (magna cum laude) where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and served as articles editor on the Houston Law Review. He earned a B.S. in accounting from Western Governors University, and holds a B.A. in English and political science from Houston Baptist University.

Before joining the firm, Chris worked for the Houston corporate practice of another prominent global law firm.
