Biography
ANNA WILLIFORD focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance, and corporate governance issues in connection with the insurance and financial services industry.
Anna earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Patty Shwartz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit as well as a comments editor for the Journal of Law Reform.
Anna was a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
