- Acting for a limited partnership in an RMB 2 billion multi-contract and multi-party HKIAC arbitration governed by Hong Kong law against, among others, a Singapore private equity fund in relation to alleged breaches of a share acquisition agreement and related share pledge agreements
- Acting for sellers of shares in an HKIAC arbitration against buyers in relation to alleged breach of warranties under a share purchase agreement governed by Hong Kong law
