TOMMER YOKED is a partner in Sidley’s office in Houston. Tommer’s practice focuses on representing public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and management teams in global investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development, financings, and other corporate matters. Tommer’s experience spans the energy space (upstream, midstream, power generation, and alternative energy), transportation, and digital infrastructure. Tommer also advises startups and emerging ventures in the technology industry through Sidley’s Emerging Enterprises Pro Bono Program.
