Ji Hye has extensive experience structuring and negotiating domestic and cross-border financings and special situations transactions, including cash flow and asset-based financings, acquisition financings, recapitalization, and other leveraged financings, first lien and second lien transactions, split collateral financings, and debtor-in-possession and exit financings.
