Sidley Continues Global Finance Group Growth With Partner Ji Hye You in New York

New York – Sidley is pleased to announce that Ji Hye You has joined the firm’s Global Finance group as a partner in Sidley’s office in New York. She was previously a Private Credit Group partner at Proskauer Rose.

Ms. You represents alternative lenders, financial institutions, corporate borrowers, financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of sophisticated debt and equity financing transactions. She has extensive experience structuring and negotiating domestic and cross-border financings and special situations transactions, including cash flow and asset-based financings, acquisition financings, recapitalization and other leveraged financings, first lien and second lien transactions, split collateral financings, and debtor-in-possession and exit financings. Ms. You’s practice spans a wide range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, agribusiness, real estate, technology, healthcare, food and beverage, and sports and entertainment.
