Biography

RACHEL ZINGG focuses her practice on high-stakes patent litigation.

Rachel graduated from the University of Iowa Law School with highest distinction in 2023, having served as a contributing editor of the Iowa Law Review and as co-president of the Intellectual Property Law Society. While in law school, she worked as the trademark enforcement intern for the University of Iowa, where she drafted cease and desist letters to protect the university’s trademarks from infringement.

Rachel graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in cinema, a B.A. in English, and a minor in economics.

Community Involvement

Pro Bono

Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice. She recently won a pro bono compassionate release on behalf of a 45-year-old inmate with late-stage invasive cancer.
