On June 21, Sidley partner Nicolas Lockhart will speak on a panel titled “ESG Disclosure & Other Implications for US Companies: EU Regulatory Developments” at the Society for Corporate Governance National Conference. The panel discussion will focus on what US companies need to know and what steps they should be taking. The panel will comprise different company types to provide multiple perspectives.
