COVID-19 Vaccination Program Considerations for Employers and Boards

With the COVID-19 vaccine now widely available in the U.S., many employers are wondering whether they can and/or should require employees to be vaccinated as a condition of returning to work. Numerous legal and practical considerations indicate that employers and boards should not make this decision lightly, particularly given the current emergency use authorization status of the vaccines.
