Jack Pirozzolo Named a “Go To Lawyer” for Business Litigation

Jack Pirozzolo, a partner in Sidley’s office in Boston, has been named to the list of “Go To Lawyers: Business Litigation” for 2022 published by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. The feature highlights leaders in their field “with a long record of success.”

Jack focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, securities enforcement, internal corporate investigations, and complex civil litigation. Jack joined Sidley after a 10-year career in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, the last five years of which he served as the First Assistant U.S. Attorney. His matters cross the spectrum of white collar criminal enforcement, regulatory enforcement, and litigation, with a particular emphasis on issues affecting hedge funds, private equity firms, and firms involved in the financial services, healthcare, and life sciences industries.
