Turnarounds & Workouts Recognizes Sidley Among Leading U.S. Law Firms for Asia-Pacific Restructuring

Sidley has been recognized by Turnarounds & Workouts in its 2026 special report on “Asia-Pacific Restructuring Practices of U.S. Law Firms.” The annual report highlights U.S. law firms and key professionals involved in significant restructuring matters across the Asia-Pacific region.

Turnarounds & Workouts has highlighted Sidley’s role in several significant Asia-Pacific restructurings, including U.S. TelePacific Holdings Corp. (doing business as TPx Communications) in its restructuring process to address US$1.1 billion in debt and Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. in obtaining Chapter 15 recognition in connection with its restructuring of US$12.3 billion in offshore debt.
