Sidley advised Rivean Capital on the acquisition of Green Mobility Holding GmbH, one of Europe’s leading, technology-enabled e-bike leasing groups. Rivean Capital is an established private equity firm with offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Zurich, and Milan.
