DR. MARIO HIRSCH advises on all aspects of German business and corporate law, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters. His clients include national and international private equity funds, asset managers, and strategic investors.

During his studies and legal clerkship, he was placed, inter alia, with international and German law firms in Frankfurt, Munich and Stockholm.

• Rivean Capital on the majority investment in Engelmann Sensor GmbH.
• Apollo-managed funds in their acquisition of a majority stake in Kelvion, a leading global provider of energy-efficient heat exchange and cooling solutions, from funds advised by Triton Partners.
• Stellex Capital Management LLC on the acquisition of the environmental technology business from Dürr Group.
• Grain & Protein Technologies, a portfolio company of American Industrial Partners, in the cross-border carve-out acquisition of the agribusiness equipment operations of Munters FoodTech.
• Rivean Capital on the acquisition of Perbility GmbH.
• Apollo Funds in their minority equity investment in AUTODOC SE.
• Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets with approximately US$57.1 billion of assets under management, on its strategic, preferred investment into AGP Sustainable Real Assets, a Singapore-based global infrastructure and real assets developer and operator.
• Rivean Capital on the acquisition of Green Mobility Holding GmbH.
