Sidley Represents Novant Health in US$2.4 Billion Acquisition of Three Tenet Healthcare Hospitals

Sidley is representing Novant Health, Inc. in its agreement with Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) to acquire three Tenet hospitals and affiliated operations in South Carolina for approximately US$2.4 billion. Novant Health is an integrated system of physician practices, hospitals, and outpatient centers that provides patients access to world-class technology, personal connections, and easy access to patient-focused care.
