Sidley Represents Great Hill Partners on Strategic Majority Investment

Sidley is representing Great Hill Partners on its pending strategic majority investment in a newly formed organization comprising Vivup, a leading provider of world-class health and well-being benefits, and Perkbox, an award-winning global benefits and rewards platform, which will combine to offer a market-leading solution for the UK’s public and private employee benefits sectors. Great Hill Partners’ investment will help the newly strengthened organization scale its “go-to-market” capabilities, innovate product offerings, and accelerate organic and inorganic growth opportunities. The agreed transaction is subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approval.
