Sidley Represents ElectronX in Its US$10 Million Series Seed Financing

Sidley represented ElectronX, a new energy exchange created to help accelerate the U.S. grid transition to renewable sources, in its US$10 million Series Seed financing round, with participation from Systemiq Capital, Equinor Ventures, Shell Ventures, and Innovation Endeavors.

The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital, Tax) and included Graeme Waller, Jake Funk, and Amy Rosales (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
