Sidley Advises Amazon on Multiple Agreements With Commercial Partners for Alexa+

Sidley advised Amazon in the preparation and negotiation of multiple agreements with commercial partners for Alexa+, Amazon’s next-generation AI assistant. Alexa+ is designed to take action and is able to orchestrate across tens of thousands of services and devices to accomplish specific types of tasks for customers.

The Sidley team was led by Stephen Fronk and Rachelle Soderstrom (Technology and Life Sciences Transactions) and included Paul Kariyawasam and Dina M.P.
