Sidley Advises Amazon on Multiple Agreements With Commercial Partners for Alexa+

Sidley advised Amazon in the preparation and negotiation of multiple agreements with commercial partners for Alexa+, Amazon’s next-generation AI assistant. Alexa+ is designed to take action and is able to orchestrate across tens of thousands of services and devices to accomplish specific types of tasks for customers.
